Cafe Fajardo is rooted in the northern region of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, where coffee is grown across multiple mountain municipalities by generations of farming families.
Cultivated between 1,300 and 2,100 meters above sea level (4,265 – 6,890 ft above sea level), our coffee is 100% Arabica, washed-processed, and carefully produced through a cooperative that supports over 1,600 families committed to quality and tradition.
This is more than coffee; it is a reflection of heritage, discipline, and connection between the land, the people who cultivate it, and the journey that carries it to every cup.
The Journey behind Cafe Fajardo is shaped by more than coffee; it is shaped by experience, discipline, and identity.
From Colombia to the UnitedStates, the path has been built through hard work, service, and adaptation. Two worlds, one story, connected by purpose.
Those same values of discipline, consistency, and respect for craft carry into everything we do. From sourcing coffee with integrity to building a brand rooted in meaning, Cafe Fajardo reflects a commitment shaped by both heritage and service.
